Refund policy

Due to the perishability of candy and to comply with FDA policy, CandyDirect.com cannot accept any returns on candy / edible products. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.

Defective or broken products can be re-sent or the customer can be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for melting of any meltable products if they were sent via a shipping method that is NOT expedited. Free Ice packs are included in warm weather months on expedited orders only. We cannot be held responsible for breakage of fragile products during shipping.

If you would like to return any products, please email us at customercare@candydirect.com within 10 days of receipt of your order. The receipt date will be verified by the shipping company's tracking information. Returned products packaging should be un-opened. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping the items back to our returns department.

Some items cannot be returned. There are certain items and circumstances in which we do not permit candy returns. Please be sure to check each item before ordering to see that there are no returns restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse a return at all times.
